The MCP server for EasyEDA read unavailable native board properties as negative findings and counted the full EasyEDA layer catalogue as copper layers. The fix scores all 23 PCB checks as passed, failed, not applicable or unknown, and an unverifiable rule can no longer produce a green "valid" or a passed production review. Blocking review mode now fails closed and names the missing fields. This is the agent-side version of the same problem. A check that can't see the data was reporting a result anyway.
