Together, the stack turns a napkin sketch into a regulation-ready hardware package in hours instead of months, giving startups and SMEs the same level of digital-thread sophistication normally reserved for Fortune 500 aerospace programs. No incumbent PLM (e.g., Windchill, Teamcenter, Solidworks PLM, etc.) currently offers a built-in multimodal generative model, and no existing AI model exposes a CAD-aware API at this fidelity.
Platform
ProductFlo is the first cloud-native PLM environment designed from day one to handle mechanical, electrical, firmware, and regulatory artifacts in a single workspace; its generative co-pilot drafts test plans, compliance checklists, and transfer-to-manufacturing packets automatically, eliminating the file-hopping and re-keying that consume 30–40 percent of a typical program schedule.
Semantic engine
Haitch provides the semantic engine under the hood. A 7-billion-parameter language backbone fused with a vision encoder fine-tuned on 680 k annotated CAD, PCB, and BOM screens with alignment through reinforcement learning from human feedback and build results lets the model natively read, reason over, and generate engineering files, something conventional LLMs or legacy PLM systems cannot do.
