Adding two ESD clamps meant editing the schematic generator, the symbol library, parts.json, the PCB, fab outputs, the README parts table and cost, a BOM estimate CSV and the product cost totals ($41.01 at 100). DRC, ERC and parity are all clean, but the PR also flags tool drift, where the current hwde marks SW4 as THT in the BOM where it used to say SMT, and two neighbouring boards fail checks under local hwde that the PR did not touch.
