The new test-point check reports that on the hifi-receiver core 97 of 190 nets have no flying-probe access, +3V3A included, with 11.6% bottom-side fixture coverage and no test-point footprints at all, so bring-up probes rails by hand on 0402 toes (0.17 mm). The ask, with PR #556, is a step that places the missing test points and writes the ICT probe list for the fixture house, the way Allegro Testprep and Valor do.
