On an i.MX6ULL board (0.8 mm pitch, 0.32 mm pads), via-in-pad escape routes 155 of 155 nets, then kicad-cli DRC rips 37. The fallback vias are held at the 0.45 mm fab floor so they bulge past the pads, the router's own stubs then pass 0.07 mm from them against a 0.125 mm rule, and they also hit decouplers on the bottom side. The rip leaves 150 to 170 dangling track stubs behind, and the router logged the problem and kept going.
