Adding microSD slots and cable openings for Raspberry Pi and ESP32 boards meant pulling geometry from a Pi 5 3D model, Pi 4 and 3 B+ DXF drawings, a Zero 2 W drawing read by eye, and BIGTREETECH's model. Several heights are marked as estimated. Enclosure design still depends on stitching board geometry together from whatever each vendor publishes.
