A PCB placement solver driven by a real agent through a 246-step session ended with no unmet constraints and refs still unplaced, wasting two full solve runs: one had a region rectangle 0.1 mm too short for any grid point, the other a 6x6 mm corner the grid could not hit, and the caller could only find out by re-running with relaxed inputs.
