The board outline was built from KiCad's bounding boxes, which include the Edge.Cuts line width. Origin came out as (99.95, 49.95) instead of (100, 50), so every board-frame point the tool translated back to the file landed 50 um off. CI used a fake backend with a hand-written outline and never saw it; the first live-KiCad run did.
