on an RP2350 dev board the SWD header used KiCad's JST SH footprint but the LCSC part in the BOM was a ZX clone whose mounting pads are 1.2 x 2.5 mm at ±2.1 mm versus JST's 1.2 x 1.8 mm at ±2.3 mm, so the tabs would partly miss the pads; nothing in the flow caught it because "compatible" meant it mates with the plug, not that it fits the land pattern.
