"Schematic generation silently failed with current SKiDL." The router hit RoutingFailure on GND/+5V and the script swallowed it with an empty message. Symbol libraries weren't found because the KICAD alias now points at a different KiCad version. ERC went from 21 warnings to 0, but "the schematic was checked by parsing the file, not by opening it in KiCad."
