A repo audit of a robot build spanning OpenSCAD, KiCad and a wiring harness found checks that did not check: harness.py silently reused a geometry cache older than the CAD source giving wrong wire lengths, the board-to-schematic net check was skipped when the schematic generator changed, pose renders used hand-copied dimensions that had drifted (3 vs 3.35 and 8 vs 7.93), and pre-push checked the working tree instead of what was actually pushed.
