On a 1,194-connection four-layer PoE board, GND and +54V zones were written without fills so the router saw no plane and laid 1,773 mm of tracks instead (some on the other net's plane layer), and it ignored JLCPCB's 0.254 mm hole-to-copper rule. KiCad caught 14 errors.
