ogeom-rs (gilbertorconde)MCADConfidence: Medium

ogeom-rs region growing stops after 192 of about 3072 triangles on a clean f32 cylinder, because float rounding looks like noise. The same cylinder grows fully on Linux and stops at 192 on Windows when built with f32 trig.
