Rack device library: seats on parts placed on a device face lived in components.json, but the Rack Builder reads the device cages list, so nobody could land a cable or lug on earth studs, DC terminal lugs or AC inlets. The port-usable check flagged them regardless of the data, and 17 devices and 65 slots changed.
