In their CNC-01 demo the agent's recommended plan put two work orders on CNC-02 at 07:00 while two other orders were already running there; the solver only counted the hours being moved. Asked what stops the agent moving work onto a machine that is full or cannot make the part, the answer was 'nothing in code'. The fix adds capability, capacity and maintenance checks, prices late orders, attaches a reason per machine, and makes /api/approve re-check the same rules on live SAP.
