A real two-storey ArchiCAD house (KIT FZK-Haus) made the IFC reader merge upper and lower walls: 13 walls became 9, and a 1 m attic window got a 3.5 m sill measured from the lowest wall; the fix assigns walls and openings to IfcBuildingStorey and measures sills from that storey's wall base.
