One status meant two things, the comparison agreed and there was no comparison, so a drawing with no recognisable structure got a clean bill; vocabulary is now passed / discrepancies_found / insufficient_coverage / blocked / failed / disabled, and no rule having items on both sides means insufficient_coverage, never passed. Also, a Tekla STR export put every INSERT on layer 0 named Part-<id>, so 1147 of 2275 blocks were invisible to layer/block-name matchers until a profile claimed them by prefix.
