skein test meshes all pass mesh_quality at 15 to 23 degree minimum dihedral angles, but refined meshes have cells under gamma 0.35, Gmsh HXT threshold. Only 73.7 percent of edges land within 0.5 to 1.5x target size, and box edges off a lattice plane lose 0.26 h.
