Connection note
KiCad 10 required; macOS is the only tested platform, Linux is wired up but unverified, and Windows board-writing steps have no pcbnew interpreter path per the README. Part selection skills ship for Japan and mainland China locales only; other phases are locale-neutral.

What it does and how it connects

PCB-Agent-Teams is a multi-project KiCad PCB workspace built on KiCad 10, where Claude Code skills drive a Phase 0 to 5 pipeline from topology discussion to Gerber shipout. A run starts with a board description and ends with a KiCad project plus a fab-ready Gerber package, with every part checked against live distributor stock.

Each stage is cleared by checks rather than by the model's own word: schematic work is re-simulated in SPICE with every pin cross-checked against datasheets, and PCB checks cover EMC rules, thermal behavior, parasitics, and a schematic to PCB netlist diff. The release step emits Gerber, CPL, a production BOM, and an order guide zipped for the fab.

The steps are also a toolbox: any step can be run, redone, hand-edited, or skipped rather than followed in strict sequence. The runtime is Claude Code only, and the skills call kicad-cli and KiCad's bundled pcbnew Python API directly.
