Connection note
Flux is its own browser platform; it imports complete projects from Altium, Cadence OrCAD and Allegro, KiCad, Siemens PADS and Xpedition, Zuken CADSTAR, Eagle, Fusion Electronics, EasyEDA, and DipTrace, but those are import sources, not the tool itself.

What it does and how it connects

Flux is a browser-based ECAD platform that takes a device from idea to manufacturing files. You describe what you want to make, and its AI agent plans the work, selects real parts using live distributor data and datasheets, draws the schematic, places and routes the board, and runs electrical and design rule checks continuously as it works.

It supports professional multi-layer PCBs up to eight layers, covers schematic, PCB, mechanical design, manufacturing, and simulation in one workspace, and exports Gerbers, drill files, BOM, pick-and-place, and standard netlists. Engineers can edit the agent's result by hand at any time and keep control of existing routes and routing rules.

Flux imports complete projects from Altium, Cadence OrCAD and Allegro, KiCad, Siemens PADS and Xpedition, Zuken CADSTAR, Eagle, Fusion Electronics, EasyEDA, and DipTrace, including schematics, parts, connections, board outlines, and placement, and it supports real-time collaboration in the browser with no install.

Pricing

No dollar plan price is published on the homepage FAQ: eligible individual plans include a free trial, team subscriptions start paid, enterprise pricing is on request, and AI usage is metered in Agent Compute Units with pay-as-you-go top-ups on eligible plans.

Alternatives

Quilter
Quilter works inside the ECAD tool you already use and returns native-format layouts, while Flux is a complete browser ECAD platform of its own.
